Including young people ensures services are relevant, accessible, and genuinely responsive to their needs and experiences. Their insight helps shape support that is effective, empowering, and grounded in real-life challenges. Key discussion points included the Youth Ambassador Service (YAS) and the vital role young people played in the recent re-commissioning of the service, demonstrating how meaningful participation leads to stronger, more inclusive outcomes for both services and the young people they support.
