Members of staff from Gwent N-Gage & GDAFS, along with service users, joined the wider Barod team for the annual Pen-Y-Fan recovery walk, as part of the National Recovery Walk. The sun was out for the majority of the walk, but unfortunately this changed at the top!
However, as always, there was a great turnout with a lovely atmosphere, and everyone that took part got to the top of the mountain. It was a rewarding challenge, offering the chance to enjoy the landscape, reflect on the importance of recovery, and strengthen team spirit along the way.
