Gwent Drug and Alcohol Family Service (GDAFS) welcomed families to the Ebbw Vale Institute (EVI) for a special Family Fun Day.
The day featured a wide range of activities for children, including football, drawing, pebble painting and board games. Families were also treated to a special reading of Twinkle Twinkle Arti, which included a real puppet of Arti and the Yozzle for children to hold which proved a highlight of the day. All children were also given their own mini Arti to take home!
Alongside the fun, the event created a relaxed space for families to connect with the GDAFS team, offering opportunities to access advice, guidance and support. Local professionals were also encouraged to attend, using the day as a chance to strengthen relationships and build partnerships.
A wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy time together during the holidays, while also finding out what support is available in their local community.
